Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Items that have been opened, tested, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Perfumes that have been opened or sprayed.
Products purchased during special promotions, discounts, or combo offers.
Gift cards or vouchers.
Return Process
Email us at vidalujosaindia@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
