Return Refund & Exchange Policy

At Vida LUJOSA India, we strive to deliver premium quality fragrances with complete customer satisfaction. Since perfumes are personal-use and hygiene-sensitive products, our return and exchange policy is designed carefully to ensure product authenticity and safety for all customers.

Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or leaking product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was missing from your order

To be eligible for a return request:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • A clear unboxing video and product images are required for verification

Please note:

  • Opened, used, or tested perfumes cannot be returned
  • Returns are not accepted for fragrance preference issues (for example: “I didn’t like the smell”)
  • Products purchased during special sale or clearance offers may not be eligible for return or exchange

Exchange Policy

We offer replacement or exchange only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Leaking bottles
  • Incorrect products delivered

Once your request is verified by our support team, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • A replacement product is unavailable
  • Your order is cancelled before dispatch
  • The order is lost during transit
  • A damaged/wrong item claim is approved and replacement is not possible

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • COD handling charges, if any, are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
