Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products/orders/promotional campaigns.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Tracking details and courier information will be shared to help you monitor your shipment.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If:

  • An incorrect address is provided
  • The customer is unavailable at delivery
  • The order is refused at delivery

additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for selected pin codes and order values.
  • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations or suspicious orders.

9. Open Delivery

Currently, we do not offer open-box/open-delivery service.

Customers are requested to record an unboxing video in case of damaged or missing products.


10. Damaged Package

If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Please refuse delivery if possible, or
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
